What we collect, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
When you book a service or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, bike details and service requirements. When you visit the workshop, your job card records the work performed, parts used and billing details.
We use your information to manage your service jobs, send booking confirmations, invoices and service-due reminders on WhatsApp/SMS, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Service reminders and invoices are sent through our messaging provider (MSG91) on WhatsApp and SMS. Reply to any message or call us to opt out of reminders at any time.
Your records are stored on secured servers and accessible only to authorised Machnify Garage staff.
